Cheap and impeccably clean room with nice beds. Location short walk to the main attractions, great local cafes, bars and shops and supermarket.

Good This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury. the exclusive amenities were exceptional, such as the private facilities and room advantages. the service was remarkable and met all of my luxurious needs. the location advantages made it very convenient to explore the city.
Bad While everything was exceptional, the only minor issue was the lack of proper heating in the room. However, this did not negatively impact my overall experience at the hotel.

Location is convenient.
Some strange smell in the room. Towels are not clean. You have to walk up 5th or 6th floor.

Location and view.
The room wasn't cleaned well and the previous guest had smoked in it...a LOT. It was difficult to sleep due to the odor. The hotel staff spoke little English (and didn't know words like "bathroom" and "internet").

At this budget-friendly hotel in a lively suburb, the location is fantastic for exploring the local area. Just down the street, you'll find a convenient metro stop, making it easy to navigate the city. There are also markets nearby, perfect for grabbing snacks or exploring local products. the hotel is close to public transportation, allowing for easy access to the main attractions in the city. the rooms are clean, and the staff is helpful and accommodating. There are even supermarkets and restaurants in the area, providing convenience and options for dining.
One downside is that the blind on the window in some rooms may not work properly.

The room was indeed extremely small but it was also very clean and at the end of the day it was just what we needed. The metro is really close and the neighborhood, although not touristy, is pretty; it has some nice pubs, pastry shops and a beautiful church.

Very friendly staff, patient with those not fluent in French. Clean, quiet. Black out shutters on the windows were nice. Room heater was great, kept the place nice and warm even during the coldest of days. Don't expect much space, the rooms are small (bathrooms are even smaller) but it was a charming, convenient hotel that fit our needs very well.
Needs another tray or two up in the showers, as the space is so small it's very inconvenient if you have more than one bottle or soap you need in the shower; there is no room to maneuver. Don't provide full size bath towels which was disappointing.

I didn't like anything about Ermitage.
First, it's in a really bad neighborhood. Second, we got there at 11:30 pm and the reception desk was closed. When we finally got the staff to answer the door, he was very upset that we were late. Also, in Booked.net's page, it is listed as two stars, but this is incorrect. The hotel states one star in it's sign. I hope Booked.net takes this place off the list.

20Th arrondisement is multicultural and has very few tourists. It's a good place to enjoy the real Paris away from the hustle of main streets. Unlike many other hotels in the same price class, all rooms have private showers and toilets.
No elevator and narrow stairs. Several blocks from the nearest Metro.

The luxurious amenities here exceeded our expectations. From the private facilities to outstanding service, it definitely lived up to the price. the location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. the impeccable room advantages, such as a comfortable bed and a spacious closet, made us feel like royalty.
Although it was a minor issue, the walls were thin and we could occasionally hear our neighbors. the staff was willing to move us to a quieter room upon request.

The quality was too low compared to the price we had to pay. Moreover, we had not known the area before and when we asked about security during the night the guy at the reception claimed that it was secure so that we could walk in the night. However it was just the opposite the area is full if homeless and drunk people who seem to disturb you without any reason and also we were about to be robbed. I reallocation don't suggest it to the first comers to Paris especially if they are women.

I spent my Christmas holidays at this hotel and enjoyed the stay. The hotel offered two complementary drinks at the bar, which was a nice touch. The location was great, with a metro station and a small grocery store nearby. Plus, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was quite small, and the bed was uncomfortable. The sheets were also a bit rough, and the pillows were not very comfortable either.
